LP Series Rising Plug and Gauge Valves
LP Series rising plug valves provide positive shut off for instrumentation, control and other systems, especially in system having particulate in system media, viscous fluids, and corrosive and erosive media. LPG Series Gauge valves have multiple ports to mount gauges, purge, bleed or other components. The valves feature a locked bonnet design for safety. Non-wetted stem threads, non-rotating lower stems, and live-loaded chevron packing reduce maintenance and ensure a leak-tight stem seal.
Note: The web catalog only contains the most popular items. Other materials, options, and accessories are available. For additional information, please see our catalog or contact SSP Customer Service.
Features- Locked bonnet prevents accidental disassembly or loosening of the bonnet from operation or system vibration.
- Live-loaded chevron packing ensures a durable leaktight stem seal and less maintenace.
- Non-wetted upper stem threads
- Non-rotating lower stem ensure long cycle life and repeated leak-tight seals
- Back seating stem tip provides safer inline packing adjustments
- Bidirectional stratight through flow for high flow and roddability.
- Panel Nut (optional)
- Dust cap prevents environmental contaminant from entering the top of the valve
- Acetal, PFA and PEEK seats available
- Extended (lagging) inlet ports for used with insulated piping.
